NEWS: Edinburgh food market this Thursday
It's taken me a while to find some information on this, but there will be
a fine foods market on Castle Street on Thursday between 4 and 8pm. Due to the lack of details I can't guarantee that all stalls will be local and/or organic, but I do know that there will be a stall from the
Slow Food Movement. As the event is run by Edinburgh City Centre Management, who run
the farmer's market on Saturday mornings, I would imagine that some of their regulars will be there.
