HELP: Ethical suits
I need your help. I need to buy a few suits. For various reasons. Will have to have them made due to my unique [ahem] shape. I want to buy suits that are sustainable / ethical / organic / fairtrade / green. I live and work in and around London. Any ideas?

An alternative would be to buy hemp/organic cotton fabric and recruit the services of a good, local tailor.

The UK tailor finder looks like a good place to start searching. I note that the site's email request form allows for comments in which you can explain your requirements.
Jasmin's idea of finding a suitable tailor first (pun intended) is perhaps the most workable plan.
Hi There,
I will be wearing one of these classic men's shirts made from organic cotton tomorrow to a green drinks event here in NYC. I thought it was a brilliant idea, so agreed to help the guys out. Armani has also done suits from hemp. However, if you will have to have one tailor made then you could just purchase the fabric. Although that link is in the US, you could likely find some fabric in the UK. Treehugger also did a post a few months back on eco-friendly business suits.
Good luck!
