NEWS: RIP Steve Irwin
Whilst this happened yesterday I am surprised by how I feel about this chap. Seemed like a really nice guy and definitely one on the side of a greener planet.
A good man is down and gone.
He injected nature's most brutal side in to my consciousness and made me realise that even the most dangerous is just as much a part of our world as we are.

He was a wonderful character, he was a passionate environmentalist, he brought entertainment and excitement to millions of people.Namaste

Okay, for some reason, I can't seem to stop myself from commenting on blogs talking about Steve Irwin's death. It really really makes me sad.
And yeah, the croc does seem to have a smile on its face, and the little one in the bottom pic looks just a wee bit smug, too.
