REVIEW: Dr Karg 'Bread of Distinction'
In my quest for better health I have found some great meal alternatives and am currently addicted to Onken Wholegrain Yoghurts (not Organic though grrrr) & Dr Karg's Emmental Cheese & Pumpkin Seed Wholegrain Crisp Bread
with sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and linseeds - no added fats or oils.Available from Waitrose (and others I am sure) and also via
GoodnessDirect 10 slices costs £1.89 and I love 'em. Can't wait to try the roasted onion and original variations.

Yummm...this bread sounds great. I am currently on a 'the grainer the better bread with avocado and anything else to go with sandwich' kick....go figure eh???

I wonder, can you get the bread in the US?
They sure are. Check out their US partner Dr Kracker - great name huh?
Thanks for the comments folks...
